The Ninth Division

The 9th Division is known to be in charge of the Seireitei news magazine. All the lieutenants of the divisions of Gotei 13 hand in their reports to them. The 9th Division is also in charge of investigations and searching out deaths. They patrol and take on the more deeper sides of missions on Earth instead of simply sticking to one section. Captain Kajimaru has yet to plan out anything else, so the Squad grounds remain the same.

The 9th Division also prevents information from leaking, as well as information being stolen. Their shinigami work along side the 5th Division in large number within the use of Kidou tools, to protect Seireitei from outside influence. They also prevent important information from leaking into Rukongai, especially information that could cause an uproar or mass panic.

Saikah Kajimaru

Summary: The current leader of the Squad. Saikah Kajimaru is a powerful Shinigami with a great grasp over said power, and seems to be far stronger than rest of the Gotei 13 in some terms, yet has matched with Kuchiki Byakuya in battle. She was once a betrayer, but Seireitei soon learnt that she was under Aizen's control the entire time. Finally, after watching a person she cared for get torn apart, she snapped out of the illusion and took it upon herself to make peace with those she had betrayed. Currently she seems to be close to Captain Inuzuri.

Zanpakuto: Tsuinsoru (Twin Soul) is known by three names, yet it is the same blade in essence. It takes root controlling and copying an art or person to substitute for its lack of own power. It can be extremely dangerous when used correctly, but it's copy arts can't measure up to the real thing. Still, one move wrong and Saikah can simply copy the being she is fighting, and cut a bloody path through all she walks.



Shuuhei Hisagi

Summary: Hisagi is an extremely mature and calm individual, a state that is slightly at odds with his somewhat punk-like appearance. He usually takes responsibility and tends to avoid violence when possible. He has taken a liking to his new Captain but still misses his old one. Yet, he loyal air shines through and he follows orders to a 'tee when asked by his Captain, Saikah.

Zanpakuto: Kazeshini (Wind Death). When released, it takes the form of two Kusarigama-like weapons, each with two sickle blades, with one inverted, giving it the resemblance of a fan. The blades are connected to a spiked rod tethered together by a long chain. While in Shikai form, Kazeshini can be swung by its chains in large circles, allowing the bladed portion to spin like a fan. Kazeshini can also be used for entangling an opponent's sword, or other weapons; It can even immobilize opponents
