Arashi-Hikari's entire body is charged with electricity, making her hits more
destructive, and causing harm to anyone who hits her as well. (sort of like putting chakra into a punch, Naruto-style)

Lieutenant Limiter: Hikari must wear this at all times while on earth. This limiter locks half of her power (50%) and status, only allowing her to release in large battles, and when she needs to. She may force past the limiter when needed, but she needs the request from Seireitei through a Hell Butterfly or a Cellphone Modification. Note that if you have a Zanpakuto stat under 5/20 when under the limit, you won't be able to use your Shikai/Bankai

Lieutenant Sash: This is a small symbol linked by cloth that can go anywhere on your robe. It allows you to use Lieutenant-only-Kidou and assign/assist groups in missions. This sash is the symbol that shows that you answer only to Captain class Shinigami and you may give orders to any lower in your view.
